The Old Vicarage commands a glorious position sitting on a knoll just outside the village of Evenjobb, overlooking the Radnor Hills in the unspoilt countryside of the Radnor Valley.
The Old Vicarage offers luxury bed and breakfast accommodation. It is set in its own beautiful grounds with sweeping lawns flanked by mature trees, a walled garden, paddocks and woodland.
The Old Vicarage was built in 1896 and designed by the famous architect W.D. Caroe, who was a major figure in the Arts and Crafts movement and was architect to the Ecclesiastical Commissions from 1895 until his death in 1938.
Situated on the Welsh / Herefordshire Border, The Old Vicarage provides an ideal retreat and provides guests with an infinite number of things to do - walking, cycling, riding, sightseeing, golfing or simply unwinding.
Evancoyd is a small rural community. The area is renowned for its beauty with rolling countryside and woodlands. The famous Offa's Dyke footpath is nearby. The market towns of Kington, Presteigne and Knighton are just ten minutes away, with Hereford, Leominster, Hay-on-Wye, the Elan Valley and Ludlow just a short drive.
We have a double and twin bedded room with an en-suite shower or private bathroom. Bedrooms are dual aspect with views over the surrounding countryside. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are available in your bedroom.
